All prices displayed in this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment. (except where special conditions apply)

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our list maybe mispriced. If we discover a mispriced item, we will do one of the following: 
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the item to you. 
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for your instructions.

Delivery Policy
We only deliver within New Zealand at this time. (unless prior approval is given from Head Office)
We will not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Sorry.
If your goods do not arrive in good condition, please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for lost or damage to goods through the shipping process or for goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address, however we will do everything we can to provide accurate up to date information to our suppliers and try to remedy any situations which may arise.

With our free shipping method estimated delivery time from dispatch is 2 to 10 days.
Paid express mail service, estimated delivery time from dispatch is 7 to 10 days.
However we will endeavor to shorten these times if and where possible.

Delivery time frames:
Orders will only be processed  upon receipt of payment.
For Bank Transfer option if payment is made before 5pm on the day the order is made, confirmation of payment will normally occur the following day. 
Allow 1 to 2 days for processing and dispatching of order.
Upon dispatch the delivery time frame then applies depending on your choice of free shipping or express mail service.

Whilst we endeavor to ensure stated delivery times are kept, there may be times when these can not be kept due to variables outside of our control, ie weekends/holidays and the like.
Delivery to a rural address may take 1 to 2 days longer but will not incur extra charges as we will absorb these.
Goods ordered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday so please add this to your delivery/lead times.

Taxes & Customs Fees
TwinRivers Health Solutions Limited is not GST registered at this time, so GST is not charged and any receipts issued will not include a GST number. 

In the event that customs import taxes or handling surcharges are made (if any) TwinRivers Health Solutions Limited either pay these costs in advance of delivery or will refund the amount to the customer upon sighting the associated paperwork and receipt.

GST is payable upon importation. GST is levied at 15% on the sum of the price of the product, cost of freight and insurance paid to transport the goods to New Zealand.

If the shipments value is greater then $400 NZD, Customs may charge additional fees of $25.30 Import Entry Transaction Fee and $12.77 Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry. Twin Rivers Health Solutions Limited will adsorb these costs if need be. 

All our products come with 12 months manufacturer warranty. The warranty only covers those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any damage from:
Improper or inadequate maintenance.
Misuse or mishandling.
Fire, flood or environmental conditions.
Wrong voltage usage etc.
Unauthorized modifications being carried out.
Occurrences due to normal wear and tear.

Please note that BULBS are not covered by any warranty however we will supply new Bulbs upon request, at the expense of the customer.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Goods
All of our product warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Where products are found to be faulty or damaged, we are to be notified within 7 days (from the date products were received) . Faulty or damaged products can be returned and a replacement product supplied or repair carried out at out discretion. 

Customers are responsible for courier charges on returned items unless the item is found to be faulty under normal conditions of use. We take responsible for shipping of replacement or repaired goods.Shipping is by standard Air Mail.

Upon receipt of a faulty light, the supplier upon assessment may elect to repair the light or supply a replacement.

As our supplier is based overseas, where a light needs repair, we may elect to have the repair carried out locally. The turnaround time could be 3-14 days depending on the fault. Twin Rivers Health Solutions Limited will cover these costs. 
The return of products must be approved by us before sending back.

Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to refund due to a change of mind, or you find that the light doesn't work for you... however we may at our discretion offer to purchase back the item if it is in perfect condition. Upon which the price can be agreed between both parties. Or we may agree to upgrade to another model for the difference. 
Before purchasing a light, you should carry out inquiries with a specialist to be sure this is the right option for you.

Bulk Orders
Please contact us regarding large order quotations and shipping costs. We may be able to give bulk buy pricing etc for large purchases 

Plug Safety
Our distributor will make every endeavor to ensure that lights come with plugs that are compatible with NZ plug connections. However in some cases a plug converter may be provided, where the correct NZ plug fitting is unavailable. If you receive a plug converter with your light, it is recommended that you talk to an electrician about the options for installing a plug fitting to fit NZ power sockets.

Our lights are New

Our lights are new original and unused however we reserve the right to open the lights packaging and test the item to our satisfaction.
